相手懸候得ハ前々手續も有之済口速取候
場も可有之旨又名西郡之義ハ此砌中植之

手懸かりをすれば、前々からの手続きもあって解決を速やかに取れる場合もあるでしょう。また名西郡については、この頃は中植えの時期でもあるので、郡中において三ヶ所ほど与頭・庄屋共の自宅へ両三人ずつ寄り合い、日数二十日ほど手懸かりをしたいとの旨、右の通りに申し付けました。そうすれば、名東郡については近在であり市中の方が下々にとって便利が良く、名西郡については程遠いゆえ与頭の自宅での寄り合い手懸かりの方が下々にとって便利が良いとの旨など、そちら共の存じ寄りを申し出たため、あれこれ取り調べた上で僅かな日数でもあるので、申し出の通り引き上げのあった分を今一応相渡しします。先達って申し合わせた趣旨をよく理解し、前後の違失が無いよう手懸かり方を了簡すべきです。もっとも当三月四日以来の目安出入りについては、御役場で手懸かりする案件は追々呼び出し、またそちら共へ相渡しすべき品目については相伺いの上、追々に配書をもって従来通り指し遣わすことになります。右様に心得るべきです。
