三月共何程宛相運可申之見込相立受持与頭庄屋

模様ニゟ何様御上下御為成候様厚相心得取都可申事

取立て候村々また は藍園その他一円畠作にて都て銀取立てに相成り候土地の儀は、地合いの貧富第一、作人共手元の厚薄等、庄屋取立人共へも厚く相心得、小前の者へ教諭仕り、村々内間の実情に当たり精々年内上納のため相運び、弥々難く相運び分は来正月より三月までに皆済仕り候よう、尤も来春へ相残り候員数の内、正月何程、二月三月共何程宛相運び申すべきの見込み相立て、受持ち与頭庄屋手元へ申し出で候よう可仕。この条微細の処に至り候ては、その土地土地の模様により何様にも御上下御為成り候よう厚く相心得取り立つべき事。

Regarding the villages subject to tax collection, or indigo plantations and other areas that are entirely dry field cultivation where all collections are made in silver - for such lands, considering first the poverty or wealth of the land quality and the financial circumstances of the farmers, the village headmen and tax collectors should thoroughly understand the situation and provide guidance to the small-scale farmers. They should assess the actual conditions within each village and make every effort to arrange payments within the year. For amounts that are truly difficult to manage, they should ensure full settlement from next January through March. For the amounts that will remain until next spring, they should establish projections for how much can be managed in January, and how much each in February and March, and report these to their supervising group leaders and village headmen.
