胡乱者狩之義兼而市郷申談置候通當二月廿八日ゟ
四日之間御山下村浦同心下才判番非人三崎ニ而打廻り
一應引拂候後尚又三月中旬安政二卯年市郷申談之
取究ニ相基御山下ハ勿論遠在迄押及数手ニ取分
御山下之義ハ一段手厚可仕旨彼是申談中板野郡
鍛冶屋原村次兵衛伜茂三郎義大坂北堀江四丁目
三河屋藤七方ニ奉公中藤七妻へ密夫申懸ケ藤七

胡乱者狩りの件について、かねてから市中・郷村で申し合わせ置いた通り、当二月二十八日から四日間、御山下・村浦の同心・下才判・番非人が三崎において巡回し、一通り引き払った後、なお又三月中旬、安政二卯年に市中・郷村で申し合わせた取り決めに基づき、御山下はもちろん遠在まで押し及び、数手に分かれて、御山下については一段と手厚く実施する旨、あれこれ申し合わせている最中、板野郡鍛冶屋原村の次兵衛の息子茂三郎が、大坂北堀江四丁目の三河屋藤七方に奉公中、藤七の妻に密通を申しかけ、藤七夫婦に傷を負わせ金子を盗み取って逃走した件について、右の詮議方として大坂御留守居へ東西町奉行から連絡があり、手厚く詮議するよう御留守居から元締の面々へ申し来たので、本締の面々より達しがあり、御山下・村浦を始め遠在まで家毎に詳細に取り調べる件を申し合わせている最中、なお又讃州の制道方鎌田久太郎から市中の槌谷市左衛門へ御尋ね者の件について文通があり、かつ又元締からの懸け合いもあり、前段の茂三郎詮議・胡乱者取り究めも同時に含み、重々心を付けるよう取り計らい向き、元締数川源太兵衛殿

Regarding the hunting of suspicious persons, as previously arranged between the city and villages, from the 28th day of the second month for four days, the dōshin, gesaiban, and bannin from Oyamashita and village districts conducted patrols in Misaki and withdrew after completing their rounds. Furthermore, in mid-third month, based on the arrangements made between the city and villages in the second year of Ansei (Year of the Rabbit), they extended operations not only to Oyamashita but also to distant areas, dividing into multiple teams, with particularly thorough measures to be taken in Oyamashita. While these various arrangements were being discussed, regarding the case of Shigeichiro, son of Jihei from Kajiyahara Village in Itano County, who while serving at Mikawaya Tōshichi's establishment in Kitahorie 4-chōme in Osaka, attempted adultery with Tōshichi's wife, wounded the couple, stole money and fled - concerning this investigation, the Osaka deputy (staying behind) was contacted by the Eastern and Western magistrates, and the deputy instructed the chief officials to conduct thorough investigations. Following orders from the main officials, detailed house-by-house investigations were to be conducted from Oyamashita and village districts to distant areas. While these arrangements were being made, there was also correspondence from Kamata Kyūtarō of the Sanshū road administration to Tsuchitani Ichizaemon in the city regarding wanted persons, and there were also consultations with the chief officials.
