御勝手方御逼迫ニ付来ル戌年迄三歩半歩懸り
被召上旨被仰出候処當時會彼是
御深考之御義も被為在候ニ付格別之思召を以
當夏ゟ歩懸り御免被 仰付候乍去御行詰之
御勝手ニ付候而者又歩懸り被仰付之義も可有之候
ニ付壱統節倹取行武備之心懸無油断孰れも永
世取續相勤候様可有之候右之趣御家中被遂通達
且支配之者共へも相達候様可被申聞候其外昨年相達候
向々不相洩様夫々被申聞義可有了簡候以上
但右之通被仰付候ニ付而者歩一五割増其余諸上納
物之義ハ如已前被召上義ニ候条此段も可被
申聞事

七十三 覚
御勝手方（財政）が逼迫しているため、来る戌年まで三歩半歩懸りを
徴収する旨が仰せ出されたところ、当時の状況について
深くお考えになることもあり、格別のお思し召しをもって
当夏より歩懸りを免除すると仰せ付けられた。しかしながら行き詰った
御勝手（財政状況）については、また歩懸りを仰せ付けることもあるだろう
ので、一統節約を行い武備の心がけを怠らず、いずれも永続的に
勤めを続けるようにすべきである。右の趣旨を御家中に通達し、
かつ支配下の者共へも伝達するよう申し聞かせるべきである。その外、昨年伝達した
方面に漏れがないよう、それぞれ申し聞かせることを了解すべきである。以上
ただし右の通り仰せ付けられることについては、歩一五割増その他諸上納
物については従来通り徴収することであるから、この段も
申し聞かせること
