両三人を呼び出し、右同断で申し渡し、それぞれに申し渡させた上で、村役人支配
以外の件については、同類の一両人を総代として御礼を申し出させ、村役人支配の
者については与頭・庄屋共が受け持って申し出ること

付記：肩に○のある身分については、御役場から直接御配達の御趣を仰せ付けられること
右の御受け御礼の件で、村役人支配の分については松江島三郎より相勤め
申し候。もっとも切田取の黒田藤太郎については、村役人より申し次ぎ、別に

Two or three people shall be summoned and given the same communication to pass on to their respective groups. For matters outside village official jurisdiction, one or two representatives from similar groups shall present themselves to express gratitude, while those under village official jurisdiction shall be handled by the group leaders and village headmen.

Addendum: For positions marked with ○ on the margin, direct distribution of the official directive shall be ordered from the government office.
Regarding the above reception and gratitude ceremony, for those under village official jurisdiction, Matsue Shima Saburō shall perform the duties. However, for Kuroda Tōtarō who holds scattered fields, the village officials shall relay the message and he shall separately express his gratitude.
