北方七郡の田分以外の買米所の件について、当冬の御年貢として
米一石につき銀二十目ずつの拝借を仰せ付けられ、返上については
五ヶ年十ヶ度に仰せ付けて下されれば、重々ありがたく
存じ奉る旨の申し出があったので、早々申し立てに及んだところ、
当年柄のことゆえ申し立ての通り承り届けられた旨、
御仕置きを申し聞かされた趣を本締めの面々が申し聞いたので、この
段を申し渡すので、左様心得の上、上納人共へ漏らさないよう
申し渡すべきこと

Regarding rice purchasing locations outside of rice field allocations in the seven northern districts, for this winter's annual tax, a loan of twenty me of silver per koku of rice has been ordered. If repayment is ordered to be made in ten installments over five years, we would be most grateful, according to the petition submitted. When this matter was promptly brought forward, it was ruled that given the circumstances of this year, the petition would be accepted as submitted. Since the chief administrators have been informed of this ruling, this matter is hereby communicated. Please understand this and ensure that all taxpayers are informed without exception.
