元〆中申達品
於郡々ニ頭入之外身居有之者共中新流砲術
操練仕度存念之者有之候得者取調人柄申出候様御郡代之
面々へ可被申聞事
但出合同役申談之義新流砲術操練仕度
存念之者取調之義者身居有之者共人別其年
与頭手元へ召呼懇ニ申聞存念有無聞取可
申事
當御端書写
小高取始苗字帯刀致来り居申者共之内釼
術相心懸不断稽古いたし候者も有之趣相聞
候ニ付而者右名面組村々取約追々申出候様可仕事
但申談之義小高取始苗字帯刀致来居申
者共之中釼術相心懸ケ不断稽古致候者不洩
様篤と取調身居名面相仕出可申事尤本文
名面身居之外百姓たり共右様之者有之候ハハ
是又名面身居共取調仕出可申事

元締中申し達しの品
郡々において頭入（当番制）以外で身分のある者たちの中で、新流砲術の
操練をしたいと思っている者がいれば、人柄を調べて申し出るよう御郡代の
面々へ申し聞かせること
但し、出会い同役と相談すること。新流砲術操練をしたい
と思っている者を調べることについては、身分のある者たちの人別をその年
の与頭の手元へ召し呼び、懇ろに申し聞かせて意向の有無を聞き取る
べきこと
当御端書の写し
小高取をはじめ苗字帯刀をしてきている者たちの内で、剣
術に心がけ普段から稽古をしている者もいる趣が聞こえて
いるので、右の名面・組・村々を取りまとめ、順次申し出るよう行うこと
但し、相談すること。小高取をはじめ苗字帯刀をしてきている
者たちの中で剣術に心がけ普段から稽古をしている者を漏らさない
よう篤く調べ、身分・名面を仕出すこと。もっとも本文の
名面・身分以外の百姓たちでも右様の者がいれば、
これまた名面・身分ともに調べ仕出すこと
