右の者は当五月まで倹約仕るよう、先達て仰せ出でられた所、なお又これまでの通り心得るよう、厚い御仁恵の御趣意を、御郡代様が口達された御趣旨等を御念に入れ、給物倹約仕るよう仰せ聞かされ、恐れ多く存じます。私共村々の小百姓に至るまで、逐一懇切に申し聞かせた所、一統して御趣意を重々有り難く畏れ多く存ずる旨申し出て、則ち私共の手元へ人別の請書を取り置き申しました。よって連判をもって御請書を指し上げ申す処、少しも相違ございません。以上

右の通り、厚い御仁恵の御趣意を組村々へ申し諭し、一統して有り難く畏れ多く存ずる旨の御受書を指し出し申しました。私共においても重々有り難い仕合せと存じ奉ります。

Regarding the above matter: It was previously ordered that frugality should be practiced until this fifth month, and furthermore, we should continue to observe the same practices as before. The magistrate orally conveyed the benevolent directive, instructing us to practice frugality with provisions, keeping in mind these gracious intentions. We humbly received this instruction. When we carefully explained this to all the small farmers in our villages, they all expressed that they deeply appreciate and humbly accept the directive. We then collected individual written acknowledgments and keep them in our records. Therefore, we submit this collective acknowledgment with joint signatures, and there are absolutely no discrepancies. The above.

As stated above, we conveyed the benevolent directive to the villages in our group, and they all submitted acknowledgments expressing their deep gratitude and humble acceptance. We ourselves also consider this to be a most fortunate blessing.
