一番非人小家さか葺ニ出来次第村役人ゟ書付を以御役處様へ
御案内申上候事
一居家敷地借地又ハ外名面ヲ以相調候哉空地等ニ而も
有之哉早々帳面ニ仕其手組頭庄屋へ差出可申事
一別家隠居家相調不申候事
一牛馬所持仕候得ハ早々賣拂可申事此数
御案内書相認メ申上候事
一村方へ出張之節作場道具類取調同心方へ
書付ニして申出候事

救助銀之義拾ケ年之間相納備置候ニ付兼而
規定之通年々取立成人別通相渡有之

盛衰難計ニ付手元相旋候内後年分も

一、番非人の小屋が茅葺きに完成次第、村役人から書付をもって御役所様へご案内申し上げる事。
一、居住敷地は借地又は外名義で調達するのか、空地等でもあるのか、早々に帳面に記してその手の組頭庄屋へ差し出すべき事。
一、別家隠居家は調達しない事。
一、牛馬を所持している場合は、早々に売り払うべき事。この数についてはご案内書を認めて申し上げる事。
一、村方へ出張の節は、作業場道具類を取り調べて同心方へ書付にして申し出る事。
