皆済候得ハ證文被下度願望之者も有之趣ニ 相聞候随而右類ハ心得宜尤之次第ニ付十ケ年 限ニ不相抱出銀目皆納成候上ハ家等壱統之連 印ヲ以證文指遣儀ニ候条右様相心得夫々申付 旨可遂了簡候以上     赤川三郎右衛門              大屋豫三郎     寅十二月十七日        名東郡中元取            組頭庄屋共方へ            教諭人共方へ         元〆中申達品         諸勤向御取究書写寅十二月十日御呼懸 ○【朱】十一 御趣意書 諸御役場之義其向々ニ寄従来之風も有之 一様ならさる義者其筈之事ニ候得共向ニ寄候而者 懇意又者手元之者共ゟ指定り候進物且無数 進物等ニ相預候様之旧弊も有之哉ニ相聞右等之 古キ成来之處ゟ強而貪着ニも不相及様之事ニも

現代語訳

皆済する場合は証文を下されたいと願望する者もいる趣に相聞こえ候。したがって右の類は心得がよろしく、もっともな次第につき、十ヶ年限りに限らず、出銀目を皆納した上は、家等一統の連印をもって証文を指し遣わす儀に候条、右様に心得、それぞれに申し付ける旨を了簡すべく候。以上  赤川三郎右衛門              大屋豫三郎     寅十二月十七日        名東郡中元取            組頭庄屋共方へ            教諭人共方へ         元締中申達品         諸勤向御取究書写 寅十二月十日御呼掛 ○【朱書き】十一 御趣意書 諸御役場の義、その向き向きにより従来の風もあり、一様でない義はそのはずの事に候えども、向きにより候ては、懇意又は手元の者共より指定の進物且つ無数の進物等に相預かる様の旧弊もあるやに相聞こえ、右等の古き慣例のところより、強いて貪着にも及ばぬ様の事にも

When full payment is completed, there are those who wish to receive certificates, as we have heard. Therefore, regarding such cases, as their understanding is proper and the matter is reasonable, not limited to the ten-year period, once the silver contribution is fully paid, certificates shall be issued with the joint seals of the entire household.
