諸御役場之義其向々ニ寄従来之風も有之
一様ならさる義者其筈之事ニ候得共向ニ寄候而者
懇意又者手元之者共ゟ指定り候進物且無数
進物等ニ相預候様之旧弊も有之哉ニ相聞右等之
古キ成来之處ゟ強而貪着ニも不相及様之事ニも
現代語訳
皆済する場合は証文を下されたいと願望する者もいる趣に相聞こえ候。したがって右の類は心得がよろしく、もっともな次第につき、十ヶ年限りに限らず、出銀目を皆納した上は、家等一統の連印をもって証文を指し遣わす儀に候条、右様に心得、それぞれに申し付ける旨を了簡すべく候。以上 赤川三郎右衛門
