無之證文加判申出候節ハ遅滞無之様仕遣可申事
一村浦煑賣店之事
右店之義ハ南北往還筋ニ有之旅人宿或ハ晝支度
等いたし候様之店ニ而ハ無之村浦内間ニおゐて日雇奉公
人を始最寄若者共遊處と相成居申店近来
多出来せしめ日雇奉公人之類賃銀給銀等を
遣捨村中若者共惰弱之風義ニ成行候義も
右商筋相派立候より相起候御趣ニ付右様之類ハ
都而指留候而ハ無家督之者共渡世ニも迷惑仕候
者可令出来ニ付土地相應之品々正路ニ相商候者之
義ハ村役人共取調之上商仕らせ候義ハ不苦候右申付
相背晝夜ニ不限人集せしめ飲食之品相商不筋
之仕成ニ相及候義相聞候得ハ屹と咎可申付候将又
往還筋ニおゐて旅人宿等仕候者之内ニも不筋之
人集等仕候者有之候得ハ右商指留屹と咎
可申付候事
但煑賣店之外ニも小宿と唱女を引請日雇

証文加判を申し出る際は、遅滞なく処理するよう申すこと。
一、村浦の煮売店のこと
右の店の義は、南北往還筋にあって旅人宿或いは昼支度等をする様な店ではなく、村浦内において日雇奉公人をはじめ最寄りの若者共の遊び処となっている店が近来多く出来て、日雇奉公人の類が賃銀・給銀等を使い捨て、村中の若者共が怠惰で軟弱な風儀になってきた義も、右の商売筋が盛んになったことより起こった趣旨により、右様の類は全て指し止めるのでは、無家督の者共の渡世にも迷惑することになる者が出来るであろうから、土地相応の品々を正路に商う者の義は、村役人共が取り調べた上で商いをさせることは構わない。右の申し付けに背いて昼夜を問わず人を集めさせ、飲食の品を商って筋違いの仕業に及ぶ義が聞こえれば、きっと咎めを申し付ける。また往還筋において旅人宿等をする者の内にも筋違いの人集め等をする者があれば、右の商売を指し止め、きっと咎めを申し付けること。

1. Regarding cooking and food stalls in villages and coastal settlements
These establishments are not the kind of shops located along the north-south highways that provide lodging for travelers or daytime provisions, but rather shops within villages and settlements that have become gathering places for day laborers and local young men. Many such establishments have recently appeared, where day laborers squander their wages and salaries, and the young men of the village have developed lazy and weak moral habits. Since this has arisen from the flourishing of such commercial activities, if all such establishments were prohibited entirely, those without family inheritance would face hardship in making their living. Therefore, it is acceptable to allow those who conduct proper trade in goods appropriate to their locality to engage in commerce after investigation by village officials. However, if it is reported that anyone disobeys these orders by gathering people day and night, selling food and drink, and engaging in improper activities, they shall be strictly punished. Moreover, among those operating traveler inns along the highways, if any engage in improper gatherings of people, such commerce shall be prohibited and they shall be strictly punished.
