但支配之面々江者支配之者江も申聞候
様可有之事
御留野村々請持組頭庄屋共江相渡
○【朱】廿二 御趣意書 嘉永元申年九月
南北御留野村々御制道向之義いつとなく相弛ミ
近来者不心得者且不埒者等毎々有之候ニ付御取究
旨彼是御評儀成候所従来之御達も有之候ニ
就而ハ惣而前々ゟ之御究通ニ被 仰付候乍去
田畠之作物諸鳥哺候義ハ百姓共實ニ迷惑
難渋之筋ニ付文化度格別之御評儀を以正月
末ゟ彼岸迄之間穂はらみ之時節日数十五日
斗之間鴈追立御弛も被仰付候儀有之候所様々
相流壱両年之懸心得違之者も多有之候
ニ付此度猶又古来ゟ之御究通屹と御取改被
仰付候得とも前顕之懸諸鳥田畑相荒し

南北御留野村々の御制道向の義がいつとなく緩み、近来は不心得者および不埒者等が度々あることにより御取り究めの旨、あれこれ御評議となった所、従来の御達しもあることについては、総じて前々からの御究めの通りに仰せ付けられる。しかしながら、田畠の作物を諸鳥が食べる義は百姓共にとって実に迷惑で難渋の筋につき、文化年度に格別の御評議をもって正月末より彼岸までの間、穂孕みの時節、日数十五日ほどの間、雁追い立ての御緩和も仰せ付けられたことがあった所、様々に流れ、一両年の懸かりで心得違いの者も多くあることにより、この度なお又古来からの御究めの通りきっと御取り改めを仰せ付けられるけれども、前に顕れた懸かりで諸鳥が田畑を荒らし
