百姓共にとって実に迷惑なことについては、左に書く条項の通り仰せ付けられるので、百姓共は有り難く心得、不心得な追い方をしないよう、村々の役人共より作人小百姓に至るまで漏れなく、懇切に申し付けるべきである。

一、昨年未年に仰せ付けられた通り、村々の鳥番の者共が巡回して御制道を行う趣を日々庄屋共へ申し出ることを怠らないよう、請持下の御鳥見共より申し聞かせ、制道の筋に背かないよう御留野村々の役人共をはじめ百姓共へ篤く心得るよう申し付けること
一、番小屋並びに目立つような威し等は決して行わないよう申し付けること
一、節分後、気候の遅速に随い、冬の内であっても鶴雁追い立ての御免が仰せ付けられるにつき、土地の模様に応じ、前もって村役人共より場所を書き付けをもって願い出るべきこと
但し御制道の筋について心得方が不十分な村の義については、追い立て御免は仰せ付けられないので、これらの処も懇切に

Regarding the matter that truly troubles the farmers, the following written provisions are ordered. The farmers should gratefully understand these orders and ensure they do not pursue birds improperly.
