但諸品市賣之儀ハ村浦役人共

一近年勧農銀御入目廣大之御義ニ而下々へ自力
出精被致相勤居申所當年迚も同断之御事候
只今迄御普請初渡銀後渡銀皆出来後七月
比ならでハ皆済御渡成不申ニ付春中御普請相仕
立候ニ付而ハ銀主方ニて取替等相頼申ニ付何れ利銀
相懸候故普請人迷惑之義も有之且者御普請
程能出来成不申哉ニも相聞分ケて昨今年柄故
困窮人共多御坐候ニ付當廿七勧農御普請之義
小百姓共江精々致させ日雇賃銀夫々平等ニ

から小百姓に至るまで漏れのないよう申し聞かせておくこと

一、近年勧農銀の御入用が広大な御義により、下々へ自力で
出精して相勤めさせている所、当年といっても同断の御事である
今まで御普請初渡し銀・後渡し銀がすべて出来上がった後、七月
頃でなければ皆済御渡しが成されないため、春中に御普請を仕
立てることについては、銀主方にて取替え等を相頼み申すため、いずれも利銀が
かかる故、普請人迷惑の義もあり、かつは御普請が
程よく出来上がらないのではないかとも聞き分けているところ、昨今は年柄故
困窮人たちが多くおられるため、当二十七年の勧農御普請の義については
小百姓たちへ精々させて、日雇い賃銀をそれぞれ平等に

1. In recent years, the expenditure for agricultural promotion silver has been extensive, and the lower classes have been
working diligently with their own efforts. This year is no different in this matter.
Until now, the initial and subsequent disbursements for public works silver are not fully paid out until around July
after everything is completed. Therefore, when public works are undertaken during spring,
the silver lenders must be asked for advances, which inevitably incurs interest charges,
causing hardship for the construction workers. Moreover, we have heard that public works
may not be completed satisfactorily. Given that there are many impoverished people due to recent poor harvests,
regarding the agricultural promotion public works for the current 27th year,
small farmers shall work diligently, and daily wages shall be distributed equally to each person.
