末
野合いの時節でありますので、追々麦穂が妊娠して実を結ぶ時期に向かっておりますが、
諸鳥に食い荒らされては百姓たちが迷惑いたしますので、今日より諸鳥の
追い立てをお許しになられました。しかしながら、
お鷹狩りのために村々へ
お出かけの際は、その
お通り道については書面で触れ知らせいたしますので、
お通りになる村々については終日鳥追いを差し止めるべきです。もっとも川筋の
洲の鴨については、
お鷹狩りの節はその最寄りの畑地での鳥追いについては差し支えありませんので、
ご趣意をありがたく心得て、それぞれあなたたちより組村・浦役人たちへ
申し伝え聞かせ、当月中に組ごとの請書を提出すべきです。以上

Since this is the season of wild mating, the wheat ears are gradually approaching the time when they become pregnant with grain, but if they are eaten and damaged by various birds, the farmers will be troubled. Therefore, from today, permission has been granted to drive away various birds. However,
when going out to villages for
falconry, regarding those
routes, written notices will be issued, so
in villages through which you pass, bird driving should be suspended all day. Naturally, regarding river
sandbar ducks,
during falconry sessions, driving birds from nearby farmland is acceptable, so
gratefully understanding this intent, each of you should
convey and inform the village group and coastal officials,
and submit written acknowledgments by village group within this month. The above
