1. Regarding Murakami Enta, by lord's will, maintaining his current position as district magistrate, he has been appointed to take charge of the upper districts of Awa-gun and Itano-gun. He should understand this as equivalent to his main duties and concurrently handle local administrative matters.
1. Regarding Hozumi [Kaku]
By lord's will, there has been a position change, and hereafter he has been appointed as district magistrate of Myōdō-gun.
1. Regarding Takagi Shin'nosuke, position change, hereafter
he has been appointed as attendant to Lord Tokunotake. Consequently, the yearly [duties] are numerous...
