するように」と仰せ聞かされたので、ありがたい旨申し上げ、近日宗門改め
もある件について申し継ぎ致す趣旨を申し上げ置いた。
組頭・庄屋へ申し聞かせる趣旨

たので、右の品々のうち質に置きに参る者があれば
差し止め置き、早々その旨を与頭・庄屋へ案内

手元へ召し呼び、懇切に申し聞かせるべき事
ただし質屋共から案内申し出があれば、与頭・庄屋の手元
にて番非人を配置し取り固め置き、直ちに御役場へ召し連れ

Should anyone come to pawn any of these items,
detain them and immediately notify the group leaders and village headmen.
Summon all pawnshop operators in the villages and coastal areas by individual roster to the
group leaders and village headmen, and give them thorough instructions on this matter.
However, if pawnshop operators report any information, the group leaders and village headmen should
assign guards to secure the situation and immediately escort the suspect
to the government office.
