○【朱】四十三 御郡代御直ニ御渡被仰付御書付之写
此砌蔵本邊出火有之其方共ニおいても相心得
罷在候懸りニ付組村之番非人打廻之儀屹と申付胡乱者
相心懸疑敷相見候者有之候得ハ召捕役人共手元江
為申出役人ゟ注進可申出候猶吟味之上不正之趣ニ應シ
番非人へ褒美可指遣候幷無切手他国者之儀ハ夫々
捕相行着子細無之候得ハ當手崎之儀ハ津田浦へ
積送り舩令用意有之候条明日ゟ勝手次第同浦へ
送り候条出役之同心下裁判へ案内之上引渡可申事
但番非人之儀ハ胡乱者ハ勿論無切手
他国者召捕候ハヽ人数之多少ニ應シ褒美
可遣事

○【朱書き】四十三 郡代より直接お渡しになるよう仰せ付けられたお書付の写し
この度蔵本辺りで出火があり、そちらの者どもにおいても心得ておくべき件について、組村の番非人による見回りの件をきっと申し付け、怪しい者を注意して疑わしく見える者がいる場合は、召し捕って役人どもの手元へ申し出るために、役人から注進を申し出るべきです。なお吟味の上、不正の程度に応じて番非人へ褒美を与えるべきです。また無切手他国者の件については、それぞれ捕らえて調べ、詳細に問題がなければ、当地の件については津田浦へ積み送る船を用意してありますので、明日から都合次第同浦へ送りますので、出役の同心・下裁判へ案内の上引き渡すべきことです。
ただし番非人については、怪しい者はもちろん、無切手他国者を召し捕った場合は、人数の多少に応じて褒美を与えるべきことです。
