各様へハ私ゟ御申継仕候様被仰付候義ニ御座候間
右様御承知御組村教諭人へ先々御申通之方
御了簡被成度奉存候仍而別紙御書付左ニ写
仕差上申候間早々御順達被下度奉存候先ハ

手紙をもってご意向をお聞かせいただきありがとうございます。このところ寒さが厳しくございますが、
まずは皆様方におかれましてはますますご健康でいらっしゃることと思い、お慶び申し上げます。
さて、本日お呼び出しにより私並びに教諭人が出勤いたしましたところ、
三澤春太郎殿より左記の通りお書付をお渡しになるよう仰せ付けられ、
皆様方へは私よりお申し継ぎするよう仰せ付けられた件でございますので、
このようにご承知いただき、ご組村の教諭人へ順次お申し伝えくださるよう
ご了承いただきたく存じます。よって別紙のお書付を左に写し
差し上げますので、早々にご順達くださるようお願いいたします。まずは
右の件につきましてご連絡申し上げます。早々。以上

we hope that you are all in increasingly good health, and we offer our congratulations.
Now, today when we were summoned, I and the instructors reported for duty, whereupon
we were ordered by Mr. Misawa Shuntaro to be given the written directive as noted below,
and we were ordered to communicate this to all of you through me.
Please acknowledge this and kindly consider
communicating this to the instructors in your group villages in due order.
Therefore, I have copied the separate written directive below
and submit it to you, so please circulate it promptly. First,
I write to inform you of the above matter. Hastily written. The above.
