悉地成就 師長父母 二親巨魂 助成合力
同共往生 乃至法界 平等利益 建長二年
大歳庚戌 孟夏之天 七日壬子 南閻浮提
日本武州 多西吉冨 真慈悲寺 施主源氏

The Hachiman Shrine's honji-butsu Amida Nyorai statue is made of gilt bronze, one shaku four sun tall, and is an object that emerged from the earth.
There is an inscription carved on the back of the Buddha body, which reads as follows:
Respectfully announced: Forged gilt bronze shadow image dharma body Amida seated light three shaku six sun
Offered for the Emperor, Japan's sovereign, this province's lord, jitō and village headman
May wishes be fulfilled, peace and tranquility, faithful dharma master, descendants' peace
Complete accomplishment, teacher elders and parents, both parents' souls, assistance and cooperation
Together achieving rebirth, extending to the dharma realm, equal benefit, Kenchō second year
Great year kanoe-inu, first month of summer, seventh day mizunoe-ne, Jambudvīpa
