一人の女子を得たり此事鎌倉へ
聞へ逃るゝに所なく気比にて命を
終る其妻子気比に塚を築く
其後湯嶋は諸人往来の地なれば
結縁のため又此松崎に立ると云
伝ふある人の歌に〽武士のふた心
なきためしには今も小松の下に住けり

治郎兵衛塚（船着場の南側、いさり松の元にある）
ここを松崎という。また気比村の西白山の山にも塚がある。越中の治郎兵衛盛継は、寿永の乱（1182-1185年）にこの国に来て、宮代判官という者の勇猛な馬を乗りこなしたのを感心され、ついに婿となって一人の女子を得た。この事が鎌倉に聞こえ、逃れる所もなく気比で命を終えた。その妻子が気比に塚を築いた。その後、湯島は諸人往来の地なので、結縁のためまたこの松崎に塚を立てたという。
伝承にある人の歌に「武士の二心なき例には 今も小松の下に住みけり」

This is a subsidiary deity invited in the first year of Wado (708 CE) and serves as the guardian shrine of Yushima (Hot Spring Island).

Jirōbei's Tomb (Located south of the boat landing, at the base of Isari Pine)
This place is called Matsuzaki. There is also a tomb on Mount Hakusan west of Kehi village. Jirōbei Morotsugu from Etchū came to this province during the Jūei Rebellion (1182-1185). He impressed others by taming the fierce horse of a man called Miyadai Judge, eventually becoming his son-in-law and having a daughter. When this matter reached Kamakura, he had nowhere to flee and died at Kehi. His wife and child built a tomb at Kehi. Later, since Yushima became a place where many people traveled, another tomb was erected here at Matsuzaki for spiritual connection.
A traditional poem says: "As an example of a warrior's unwavering loyalty, he still dwells beneath the small pine"
