On festival days, there are Shinto rituals. Rice cakes (botamochi) are distributed to neighboring houses and offered at the shrine. People dance while chanting "hoya-hoya," then take the offerings home to celebrate. This is called the Miwa Hoya-hoya Festival. ○Kawayoke Village
