一当村石切之儀委詮儀仕候処此外壱人も無御座候
然上者石切於旅先弟子召抱候義決而不仕候
随分実躰正路ニ相廻り候様ニ申付致承知之
御帳面を除き隠置候段及御聞候而其許様
御注進被成候由致承知其上拙者共如何様之
御咎被 仰付候共少茂御恨ミ申間敷候
為後日請負証文仍而如件

一、当村の石切の件について詳しく調査いたしましたところ、この者以外に一人もおりません。
そうである以上、石切が旅先で弟子を抱えることは決してありません。
十分に実直に正しい道を歩むよう申し付け、承知させております。
御台帳から除外して隠し置いた件について御聞きになり、そちら様が
御注進なされたとのこと、承知いたしました。その上で私ども一同、どのような
お咎めを仰せ付けられましても、少しも御恨み申し上げることはありません。
後日のための請負証文として、よって件の如し。

Regarding the matter of his being removed and hidden from the official records, we understand that you have heard of this and that you have reported it.
Furthermore, we, the undersigned, will harbor no resentment whatsoever, regardless of what punishment may be imposed upon us.
This serves as a guarantee document for future reference, therefore as stated herein.
