薬法
四歳以上六歳マテノ小児ハ
○茴香油（ウイキヨウユ） 三四 滴（テキ｜シヅク）
○重炭酸曹達（ジウタンサンソーダ） 《割書：目方》三分
○極上白砂糖 《割書：目方》五分
右三味を通例（ナミ）の猪口（チヨク）一 盃（ハイ）程（ホド）の水に溶（トカ）し四つ
に分て一日四度に用ふべし
四歳以下二歳までの者は
○茴香油 三滴

○極上白砂糖 《割書：目方》三四分
右三味前の如く水に溶し四五度に分ち用ふ
二歳以下なれば
○茴香油 二滴

右用ひ方前に同し且五六度に分ち用ふべし
製法（コシラヘカタ）は初めに重炭酸曹達を猪口に入れ水に
現代語訳

右の三つの薬味を通常の猪口一杯程度の水に溶かし、四つに分けて一日四回用いるべきである。
四歳以下二歳までの者は

右の三つの薬味を前述のように水に溶かし、四〜五回に分けて用いる。
二歳以下であれば

右の用い方は前述と同様で、かつ五〜六回に分けて用いるべきである。

Medicine Formula
For children from four years old to six years old:
○ Fennel oil (Uikyō-yu) 3-4 drops
○ Sodium bicarbonate (by weight) 3 bu
○ Premium white sugar (by weight) 5 bu
These three ingredients should be dissolved in about one small cup (choko) of water, divided into four portions, and used four times a day.
For those from four years old down to two years old:
○ Fennel oil 3 drops

○ Premium white sugar (by weight) 3-4 bu
These three ingredients should be dissolved in water as described above, divided into 4-5 portions and used accordingly.
For those under two years old:
○ Fennel oil 2 drops
○ Sodium bicarbonate (by weight) 2 bu
○ Premium white sugar (by weight) 3 bu
The usage method is the same as above, but should be divided into 5-6 portions.
The preparation method is to first put the sodium bicarbonate in a small cup and dissolve it in water
