口をきゝよるとさはると人のうはさ
おもてはうつくしくみへても心の内は

女人成仏心の鏡絵に曰く、外面に菩薩、内心に夜叉という
女は特に罪深い者で、べちゃくちゃと
口をきいては、触ると人の噂
表面は美しく見えても心の内は
鬼なり。この鏡にて照らし見よとの
忍
耐
袋
この袋は大切の
袋なり。この袋の
緒を切らぬように
すべし
うちには
仁義礼
智信の
五常の
宝
を込め
置き給う
♪お祓い
箱壊れ
竹は、もし子孫に
所存の義、枕くれ
あるときはこのお祓い箱を
使用させ、この割れ竹にて叩き
出すべしという千手菩薩の
お戒めなり。こうもあろう
かという一首の歌まで
♪主の罰
親の罰とて
二本の罰あり
少しにても
主親を
お
ろ
そかに思う
時はこの
罰が
その身に
当たるなり
♪兜薫聞に
荘子を引いて曰く
鶴の嘴長しといえども
これを截らば悲しみなん
鴨の嘴短しといえど
これを継がば嘆きなんと云々
とかく物は分限

お寺に勝った
太鼓は無益なり

The picture-mirror of women's heart for attaining Buddhahood says: "Outwardly a bodhisattva, inwardly a demon"
Women are particularly sinful beings, chattering
incessantly with their mouths, and when touched, become the subject of people's gossip
Though their appearance may seem beautiful, their hearts within are
those of demons. Look and see yourself reflected in this mirror - such is the teaching
The Bag of
Patience and
Endurance
This bag is a precious
bag. You must ensure
that the cord of this bag
is not cut
Within it are stored
the treasures
of the Five Constants:
benevolence, righteousness, propriety,
wisdom, and trust
♪The purification
box breaks,
the bamboo - if descendants have
any intentions, lend a pillow
At times, use this purification box
and strike it out with this split bamboo -
such is the admonition of the Thousand-Armed Bodhisattva.
"Could it come to this?" -
even such a poem exists
♪The master's punishment,
the parent's punishment -
there are two kinds of punishment
Even slightly
neglecting one's
master or parents
when this
punishment
strikes one's
body
♪In military strategy and incense appreciation,
quoting Zhuangzi:
"Though the crane's beak is long,
if you cut it, it will grieve
Though the duck's beak is short,
if you extend it, it will lament" - and so on
In all things, staying within
one's proper station is best
A drum that surpassed
the temple is useless
