ひどう
明王は
みたを
四郎兵へと
いふもの作也
子そんになまけもの有て
ついにかぎやうによらいを
うしなひしんだいをたゝんで
なへかますりばちさら
さはちをうつてしまふとき
此ひどうそんあらはれ給ひ
ひだうに見たをし
給はんとの御せいくはん也
せなかのくはゑんは
しんしやうに火が
ふるといふ
御たとへなり
これは是おやのゐけんと申
名作のけんで
ごさるみだのりけん
よりもたつとき
けんでござるほどに此いけんをよく
のみこむ時は何事もまちがひは
ござらぬそやつぎなるはかつて
かふとゝ申かぶとで
ござるかつて

飛道
明王は
見多緒
四郎兵衛という
者の作なり
子孫に怠け者あって
ついに家業により来を
失い身代を畳んで
鍋釜摺鉢皿
茶碗を売ってしまう時
この飛道尊現れ給い
飛道に見直し
給わんとのお誓願なり
背中の火炎は
心情に火が
降るという
お譬えなり
これはこれ親の遺言と申す
名作の剣で
五三の弥陀法剣
よりも尊き
剣でござるほどに、この遺言をよく
のみ込む時は何事も間違いは
ございませぬ。そのつぎなるは頭兜
かぶととう申す兜で
ござる。頭兜
かぶと

人に
打ち
兜を
脱がれぬ
ようにすれば物に
間違いはないほど

Flying Path
Bright King
was created by
a man called
Mitao Shirōbee
When his descendants became lazy
and finally lost their livelihood
and folded up their household,
selling their pots, mortars, dishes,
and tea bowls,
this Flying Path Deity appears
with the sacred vow
to restore them through the flying path
The flames on his back
represent the parable
that fire falls
upon one's heart
This is what we call a parent's dying words -
a masterwork sword
more precious
than even the Gosan Amida Dharma Sword
Therefore, when one thoroughly
absorbs these dying words, nothing will go wrong.
Next is the head-helmet,
called kabuto.
If you tighten
the cords
of this head-helmet
kabuto
so that no one
can strike off
your helmet,
then nothing will go wrong -
such is the admonition
of the Thousand-Armed Bodhisattva
By this vow,
yes, it shall be
so
Ah, my mouth has become
dry
