一、四月一日 巡見使鳥井権之助殿、天野伝兵衛殿が近々当国へお越しになるため、若狭国三方村でのご宿泊まで、使者として先物頭の柘植伊太夫景林を派遣した。
一、四月三日 地震のため、ご機嫌伺いとして御用番の久世大和守重之殿へ使者として留守居の宮北十郎左衛門定由を派遣した。
一、四月十日 老中阿部豊後守正喬殿からお呼び出しがあり、留守居の宮北十郎左衛門定由が出向いたところ、本多大蔵長教の献上物の件について、先月二十九日に提出された書付に対する付札および書取により、次の通り指図があった。

1. Third day of the fourth month: Due to an earthquake, as an inquiry into His Lordship's well-being, an envoy, Keeper of the Edo Residence Miyakita Jūrōzaemon Sadayoshi, was dispatched to the duty magistrate Kuze Yamato-no-kami Shigeyuki.

Tenth day of the fourth month: There was a summons from Senior Councilor Abe Bungo-no-kami Masataka, and when Keeper of the Edo Residence Miyakita Jūrōzaemon Sadayoshi appeared, regarding the matter of Honda Ōkura Naganori's tribute offerings, instructions were given as follows through an attached note and written directive to the document submitted on the 29th of last month:
