一、四月二十五日、有章院様御一周忌の御法事につき、公方様の御機嫌を御伺いするため、御用番井上河内守（正岑）殿へ御勤めした。
一、同日、右同様につき、御機嫌を御伺いするため、御使者として御留守居宮北十郎左衛門（定由）を以て御檜重一組を献上した（去る四日に御触れが達せられた）。
一、同日、今度有章院様の御仏殿御普請の御手伝いを仰せ出されたにつき、町在へ御用金を仰せ出されたところ、滞りなく上納し、御普請も御成就となり、御機嫌に思し召されたにつき、その旨を頭立つ者へ申し渡すべき旨を仰せ出された。これにより評定所へ町奉行・金津奉行・郡奉行が支配下の者を召し連れて出向き、その際右の趣旨を月番御家老稲葉采女（正方）が申し渡した。
一、四月二十九日、有章院様御一周忌の御法事につき、公方様が増上寺へ御参詣されるため、御予参（御束帯）を御勤めした（去る二十五日に御触れが達せられた）。

1. On the 25th day of the 4th month, regarding the first anniversary memorial service for Yūshōin-sama, [the lord] performed his duty to inquire about the Shogun's well-being to Goyōban Inoue Kawachi-no-kami (Masamine).
1. On the same day, for the same purpose, to inquire about [the Shogun's] well-being, through messenger and resident agent Miyakita Jūrōzaemon (Sadayoshi), a set of cypress boxes was presented (the directive was issued on the 4th of last month).
1. On the same day, as orders were issued for assistance with the construction of Yūshōin-sama's Buddhist hall, funds were requested from the towns and countryside. These were submitted without delay, the construction was completed successfully, and [the Shogun] was pleased. Therefore, orders were issued that this matter should be communicated to the leaders. Accordingly, the town magistrate, Kanazu magistrate, and district magistrate went to the council chamber with their subordinates, and at that time the monthly senior retainer Inaba Uneme (Masakata) conveyed this message.
