右の趣旨をご理解いただきたく、以上。
享保二年酉年五月
一、五月十二日（午前五時頃）、上使として御老中井上河内守正岑殿を通じて国許への
御暇が仰せ出され、例の通り白銀・御袷を拝領した。
一、同日、右同様につき御礼のため、御老中井上河内守正岑殿へ
御勤めより登城し、御暇の御礼を申し上げ、例の通り御馬並びに
御腰物（備前国守家代、金五十枚）を拝領し終えて、お連れになられた御家来狛
伊勢澄孝の御目見が仰せ付けられ、退座の際に御時服拝領が仰せ付けられ済んだ。
御礼のため御老中・若年寄中へ御廻勤した。
但し右の御腰物は、公儀御代替わり後初めてにつき拝領した。
一、五月十三日、御老中戸田山城守忠真殿・井上河内守正岑殿・阿部
豊後守正喬殿・久世大和守重之殿へ御出向きお会いになった。
一、五月十五日、拝領の御馬（栗毛五歳）を御用番戸田山城守忠真殿より
使者にて牽かせて来た。
一、同日（六時）、今度増上寺御普請御用掛の御家来御呼び出しにつき
（昨十四日久世大和守殿より御留守居御呼び出しにて御書付を以て申し渡された）、先達って名前を指し出した御役人が御城へ罷り出た
ところ、御老中久世大和守重之殿が出座され、御褒美を下し置かれる旨が仰せ渡された。

Kyōhō 2, Year of the Rooster, 5th month
1. On the 12th day of the 5th month (around 5 AM), through the senior councilor Inoue Kawachi-no-kami Masamine as imperial messenger, leave to return to the domain was granted, and as customary, silver and a lined silk garment were bestowed.
1. On the same day, for the same reason, as a token of gratitude to Senior Councilor Inoue Kawachi-no-kami Masamine, [the lord] went to the castle from his duties to express gratitude for the leave, and as customary received a horse and a sword (Bizen-no-kami family heirloom, worth 50 gold pieces). After this was completed, his retainer Koma Ise Sumitaka, whom he had brought along, was granted an audience, and upon withdrawal was granted formal court dress.
As thanks, he made courtesy visits to the senior councilors and junior councilors.
Note: The aforementioned sword was bestowed for the first time since the government succession.
1. On the 13th day of the 5th month, he went out to meet with Senior Councilors Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa, Inoue Kawachi-no-kami Masamine, Abe Bungo-no-kami Masataka, and Kuze Yamato-no-kami Shigeyuki.
1. On the 15th day of the 5th month, the bestowed horse (chestnut-colored, five years old) was brought by messenger from the duty councilor Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa.

On the same day (6 o'clock), regarding the summons of retainers involved in the Zōjō-ji temple construction project (yesterday on the 14th, this was conveyed through a written notice via the caretaker's summons from Kuze Yamato-no-kami), the officials whose names had been previously submitted went to the castle, where Senior Councilor Kuze Yamato-no-kami Shigeyuki appeared and announced that rewards would be bestowed.
