無益之事にも候条右之趣を以抱屋敷構之
囲取払可申候勿論向後新規之抱屋敷弥
停止なるへき事
一居所無之面々者不及申指当致住居候歟或
拝領之屋敷江取続ケ候抱屋敷又者親類家人
不差置候ハ可難成子細候ハヽ其わけ委細相
達指図を受囲可指置事
一年貢地にても町中或屋敷続に有之抱
屋敷之囲ハ伺之上其儘指置不苦事
一右品々之外ハ抱屋敷之分囲取払候儀来戌
二月を限家之儀ハ勝手次第連々に取払可

但竹木しけり候所ハ差図を受切払可申事
一居屋敷斗にて外ニ屋敷所持無之輩之抱
屋敷も囲ハ取払家差置候儀勝手次第た
るへく候若居宅類焼之刻抱之家に致住居候
内者家之廻り当座之囲ハ不苦候不致住居候
節囲指置候儀者不罷成候事
現代語訳
無益なことでもあるので、右の趣旨をもって抱屋敷の構えの
囲いを取り払うべきである。もちろん今後新規の抱屋敷は一切
禁止とすること
一 住居のない人々は言うまでもなく、差し当たって住居している者、或いは
拝領の屋敷に取り続けている抱屋敷、また親類家人を
住まわせなければならない事情があるならば、その理由を詳細に報告して
指図を受けて囲いを設置すること
一 年貢地であっても町中或いは屋敷続きにある抱
屋敷の囲いは届け出の上でそのまま設置しておいても差し支えないこと
一 右の諸項目以外の抱屋敷の分については、囲いを取り払うことを来る戌年
二月を期限として、家については都合次第順次取り払うべき
こと
ただし竹木が茂っている所は指図を受けて切り払うこと
一 居住屋敷だけで他に屋敷を所持していない者の抱
屋敷も囲いは取り払い、家を残しておくことは都合次第で
よい。もし居宅が類焼した時に抱えの家に住居する
間は家の回りに当座の囲いをするのは差し支えないが、住居しない
時に囲いを設置することはならないこと
