現代語訳
ただし下屋敷を下賜される格の者でまだ下屋敷のない
者たちは願い出次第、相応に下屋敷を下賜されるので、抱
屋敷は取り払うこと
一 陪臣・浪人・町人は抱屋敷を持つことはできない。しかし陪臣は
主人、浪人・町人は各々の支配より願い出て、格別の
理由が成り立つならば、吟味の上で指図があること
一 囲いを取り払っても作物などを作らせ、土地だけを抱え置く分は
都合次第でよい。耕作人を住まわせている百姓並みの
家は取り払う必要がないこと
一 寺社・百姓等の抱屋敷も同様とすること
右の抱屋敷の件については横田備中守・嶋田佐渡守・佐々木五郎右衛門・
山岡助右衛門の方から指図を行う。囲いを取り払う際は度々屋敷
見分に報告すること。以上

One: Even after removing enclosures, land kept solely for growing crops and such may remain
at one's discretion. Farmer-class houses where cultivators reside
need not be removed
One: Tenant residences of temples, shrines, farmers, etc. shall be treated the same
Regarding the above tenant residences, instructions shall be issued by Yokota Bizen-no-kami, Shimada Sado-no-kami, Sasaki Goroemon, and
Yamaoka Sukeemon. When removing enclosures, reports must frequently be made to the estate
