在国在邑之面々より茂飛札差越候事無用
可仕候事
一御堀廻り之時茂同前ニ候事
一御門番之面々主人者裏付上下可致着用候
現代語訳
一 いずれの方面でも防御することは御奉公であるから、増火消を
仰せ付けられても屋敷が風下にある場合はそのまま在宅して防御すべきである。
火事場へ出動した後に屋敷が風下になった場合は
すぐに帰宅すること
防御場所などの件については予め御目付中へ問い合わせておく
のがよい
一 十二月十八日 来年始めの御使者斉藤民部《割書：定武》《割書：去る十六日江戸着》が今朝
御用番戸田山城守《割書：忠真》殿へ出向き《割書：御留守居大関新五左衛門同道》、御書を提出した
一 同日 寒中 御機嫌伺いの御使者原平左衛門《割書：正明》が御城へ
出向き、御献上物《割書：鯣》を納入した
一 同日 寒中につき御書を以って例の通り御国産《割書：二番》生鱈を献上した
一 同日 大目付中より左の通り御廻状が来た
一 御鷹野のための御成の節、還御の後、諸大名より
月番老中宅へ使者を以って御機嫌を伺う件、また
在国在邑の面々からも飛脚で書状を差し越すことは無用
とすること
一 御堀廻りの時も同様である
一 御門番の面々は主人は裏付上下を着用すること

One: Defending in any direction is service to the lord, so even when additional fire brigades are ordered, if one's residence is downwind, one should remain at home and defend there. If after deploying to a fire scene the residence becomes downwind, one should immediately return home
