一同日大目付中ゟ方角火消并増火消之面々火事場江召

一抱屋敷囲家作当二月迄ニ取払可申旨去年
被 仰出候弥無遅滞取払早々屋敷改衆江
相届其趣此方江も可被申聞候
但作人之百姓並之家者其儘可被差置候
一惣囲之薮者内見へすき候程ニ可被致候其
外竹木者得差図切払可申候

候処鉄御門後以前之所江御返ニ相成候間可引移旨被

一 正月十一日、年始三ヶ日の御規式が済んだことを祝儀として、江戸表へ御書を差し出し、御肴（鯣）一種を献上した
一 同日、大目付中から、方角火消並びに増火消の面々が火事場へ召し連れる騎馬の者が場所で込み合うため、今後火事場から一、二町程脇で馬から下りるべき旨の御廻状が来た
一 正月二十九日、嶋田佐渡守（正信）殿から申し来たり、御留守居大関新五左衛門（直看）が罷り出た処、砂村新田御抱屋敷の儀について左の通り御書付を以て申し聞かされた

一 抱屋敷囲いの家作は当二月までに取り払うべき旨、去年仰せ出されたが、いよいよ遅滞なく取り払い、早々屋敷改衆へ相届け、その趣をこちらへも申し聞かせるべきである
但し作人の百姓並みの家はそのまま差し置くべきである
一 総囲いの薮は内が見えるほどにすべきである。その外竹木は指図を得て切り払うべきである
