仰付候とも勿論替地者被下間敷候以上

一同日 御居間御上棟御祝儀有之
一三月三日永平寺入院ニ付登 城十帖壱本指上之於韃靼

12月28日、御城において御用番水野和泉守忠之殿よりお渡しの
御書付を、松平陸奥守宗村殿の留守居から左の通り回達があった
前々から万事倹約を用いるべき旨が仰せ出されており、特に近
年度々の火災により家屋建築を軽くするようになったが、屋敷を
数ヶ所所持している人々は兼ねてから減少する心得があるべきである。
分相応より広い屋敷は、御用の節には差し上げるように
仰せ付けられても、もちろん替地は下されないであろう。以上

同日 御居間御上棟の御祝儀があった
3月3日 永平寺入院につき登城、十帖1本を指上げ、韃靼の間において
御逢いがあった

the duty officer at the castle, and circulated as follows by the caretaker of Matsudaira
Mutsu-no-kami Munemura:
It has been repeatedly ordered that frugality should be practiced in all matters.
Particularly due to frequent fires in recent years, house construction has been made lighter,
but those who possess multiple residences should have the mindset of reduction from the outset.
Residences that are larger than appropriate to one's status may be ordered to be surrendered
when needed for official use, and of course no replacement land would be granted. The above.

March 3rd: For the entry into Eiheiji Temple, appeared at the castle, presented one bundle of ten-jō,
