めにいかりをかけ申事ハ稀ニ可有御座由西国
辺別而きひしく沖買不罷成候付異国船を
したひ日本船参候様ニ申合か又ハ水薪抔の
才覚のため滞留仕事可有御座哉若左様
之時者水薪ハ勿論何にても所望之物差
越候事堅御法度ニ候惣而異国船へ様子尋の
為メ書通なと有之所去申年有之候以之
外大切之事ニ而于今相済不申候由長崎奉行与
取扱罷成末々共ニ殊之外六ケ敷事之由
一浦々一等ニ海辺ニ而かかり火焼候得者用心きひ
しく相見候付近付不申かかり火無之所か
又ハ人無之場所とくと考小舟ニ而寄せ山へ
上り瀧なと有之所ニ而ハ水を汲又ハ薪ニ可
成物をひろい取候由若左様之時者長崎表ゟ
番船出し唐船をしたひ見送り遠見致し候故
其趣見付申候得者長崎表ニ而相知申候若
左様之時者不存与申事申分ケ立不申候法
ニ而御座候由左様之時者尤昼夜共ニ海はた

目的で錨をかけることは稀にあることであるが、西国
辺りでは特に厳しく沖買いが成らないため、異国船を
したって日本船が参るよう申し合わせるか、または水や薪などの
調達のため滞留することがあるであろうか。もしそのような
時は、水や薪はもちろん何でも所望の物を差し
越すことは堅く御法度である。総じて異国船へ様子を尋ねる
ために書状を通すなど、これまでにあった所、去る年にあったことは
外の大切な事で今に至るも解決していないとのこと。長崎奉行との
取り扱いとなり、末々ともに殊の外難しい事であるという。
一、浦々一様に海辺でかがり火を焚けば、用心が厳しく
見えるため近付かない。かがり火無き所か
または人無き場所をよく考えて小舟で寄せ、山へ
上がり滝などある所では水を汲み、または薪に
なる物を拾い取るという。もしそのような時は長崎表から
番船を出し、唐船をしたって見送り、遠見をするので
その趣を見付ければ長崎表で相知ることになる。もし
そのような時は知らないと申すことは申し分けが立たない法
