一異国船江通路仕事堅御停止ニ御座候遠見
仕事能御座候若遠く御座候得者見違有之
事候其段ハくるしからす候由申候
一兵船之沙汰ニ御座候ハヽ御家老中も御見分
尤御注進状別ニ被遣事
一異国船いかりおろし滞留之時者御隣国
之浦々所之郡代より内通申遣事候
一番船ニハ一艘ニ先ハ物頭壱人ツヽ指添申候事
之由是ハ舟之様子見届尤帰帆以後罷帰舟
之儀御座候事
一異国船滞留之内海辺を廻り候番船見分
仕儀第一廻り之内ニ船之様子見届ケ万一
日本船跡ゟ罷越通路之体も相見候歟若左
様之時ハ右之日本船押留申候ヘハ能候由
申候然共此等之日本舟ハ盗人舟ニ而御座候
ニ付兵器も所持仕候依之寄り候時其心得仕

現代語訳
申し上げます。
一、異国船への通路は固く御停止であります。遠見することは良いですが、もし遠くであれば見間違いもあることでしょう。その点は構わないということです。
一、兵船の知らせがあるのであれば、御家老中も御見分されるのがもっともで、御注進状を別に遣わされること。
一、異国船が錨を下ろして滞留している時は、御隣国の浦々の所の郡代より内通して申し遣わすこと。
一、番船には一艘につき、まずは物頭を一人ずつ指し添えることが良いという。これは船の様子を見届けるため、もっとも帰帆以後に帰る舟のことである。
一、異国船滞留中に海辺を巡る番船が見分することが第一。巡回中に船の様子を見届け、万一日本船が後から来て通路している様子が見えるか。もしそのような時は、その日本船を押し留めれば良いという。しかしながら、このような日本舟は盗人舟であるため、兵器も所持している。従って寄る時はその心得をすることが肝要であるという。
