一、三月十三日夜四時、勝見村の中次右衛門という者の家から出火し、十四日暁に鎮火した。家数百十一軒が焼失した。
一、三月二十八日、今度宝永六年から享保二年まで九年間の御番御改め、宝永七年から享保三年まで御供御改めにつき、右年数を相勤めた者に対し、御本丸において今日御褒美を下された。
ただし江戸においても四月十三日に詰めの面々に御褒美を下された。
一、四月二日、御勘定頭大久保下野守忠位殿、北条新左衛門殿から申し来たり、御留守居宮北十郎左衛門定由が罷出た所、御国絵図の件につき左の通り御書付を相渡された。

1. On March 13th at 4 o'clock at night, a fire broke out from the house of a man named Nakajirōemon in Katsumi Village, and was extinguished at dawn on the 14th. One hundred and eleven houses were burned down.
1. On March 28th, regarding the nine-year period of guard duty inspections from Hōei 6th year to Kyōhō 2nd year, and the retinue inspections from Hōei 7th year to Kyōhō 3rd year, rewards were bestowed today at the main castle upon those who served faithfully during these years.
However, in Edo as well, rewards were bestowed on April 13th to those on duty.
1. On April 2nd, a message came from Chief Inspector Ōkubo Shimotsuke-no-kami Tadakura and Hōjō Shinzaemon. When Keeper of the Castle Miyakita Jūrōzaemon Sadayoshi appeared, he was given the following written instruction regarding the matter of provincial maps:

If there are mountains within these two provinces that can serve as reference points, a written report should be submitted stating from which location near Mikuni Port which mountains in which provinces can be seen. Mountains on the border between Echizen Province and other provinces are not needed. However, mountains on the borders between other domains should be considered for use as reference points.
