御城御渡有之御家来拝領物等如例

現代語訳
一、六月二十二日 御判物御領知目録、例年御参勤の節、江戸表へお持ちになられていたが、当年より写しのみをお持ちになるべき旨が仰せ出された
一、六月二十四日、御勘定奉行大久保下野守（忠位）殿より申し来たり、御留守居
宮北十郎左衛門（定由）が罷り出たところ、先達て指し出された近国見当山の御書付の上、なお又左の通り御書付を指し出すよう申し聞かされた
越前国福井領坂井郡の内
浜坂浦の台より
一、加賀国江沼郡小塩崎
同国同領丹生郡下海浦より
一、若狭国遠敷郡泊りヶ嶽
一、同国大飯郡青葉山
右の通り福井領より加賀・若狭見当の山々、書面の通りに御座候、以上
但し、右案紙の通り指し出されたが、不詳
一、六月二十五日、端午御祝儀御献上につきての御内書、御城において御渡しがあり、御家来拝領物等は例の如し

One, 22nd day of the 6th month: Regarding the official documents and domain registers that were customarily brought to Edo during the annual sankin attendance, it was decreed that from this year forward only copies should be brought.
One, 24th day of the 6th month: A message came from Accounting Magistrate Ōkubo Shimotsuke-no-kami (Tadakura), and when the caretaker Miyakita Jūrozaemon (Sadayoshi) appeared, he was instructed to submit another written document as follows, in addition to the previously submitted document regarding nearby mountains for observation:
From within Sakai District of Fukui domain in Echizen Province
From the plateau of Hamasaka-ura
One, Koshiosaki in Enuma District of Kaga Province
From Shimoumi-ura in Nyū District of the same province and domain
One, Tomarigadake in Onyu District of Wakasa Province
One, Aoba-yama in Ōi District of the same province
The above mountains for observation from Fukui domain toward Kaga and Wakasa are as written above.
