現代語訳
御褒美を下され、その上仇をなさないよう申し付けるべきである。もし知っていながら申し出ない者があり、それが露見した場合は、必ず罪科を行うべきである。
一、海上にて唐船を見かけた場合は、たとえ行き違いであっても、唐船から遥かに間隔を隔てて通るべきである。もっとも唐船が停泊している浜辺に同様に船を停泊させた場合は、詮議を遂げて罪科を行うべきである。よって国々所々において、西国の小国を往来する船を持つ者どもへ、常々厳重に申し付けること。
右の趣旨を堅く申し渡し置き、外部から知られる前に、面々の領知支配下より改めて取り調べ出すよう、油断なく申し付けるべきである。もし違犯の者がある時は、伺いの上、仕置きを申し付けるべきである。以上

一、六月二十九日、暑中につき御書を以て例の通り御国産の素麺・干鯛を献上された。

一、七月三日、暑中の御機嫌御伺いの御使者寒江九左衛門が、去る月二十九日に江戸に着き、今日御用番久世大和守（重之）殿の元に罷り出て御書を差し出した。

rewards shall be granted, and moreover, instructions shall be given that no retaliation be taken against them. If there are those who know but do not report, and this is exposed, punishment shall certainly be carried out.
One, if Chinese ships are sighted at sea, even if it is merely a chance encounter, one must pass at a great distance from the Chinese ships. Furthermore, if ships are anchored at beaches where Chinese ships are moored in the same manner, after investigation, punishment shall be carried out. Therefore, in all countries and places, strict orders must constantly be given to those who operate ships traveling to and from small western provinces.
The above matters shall be firmly communicated, and before becoming known from outside sources, all should be instructed without negligence to investigate and report from within their respective territories under their control. If there are violators, after proper inquiry, punishment shall be ordered. The above.
