一立具類可有処不足無之様ニ相改可申候惣而
内外共ニ敷居鴨居有之処立具為立請取
可申候
但戸之儀ハふすまニ而も障子ニ而も板戸ニ而も
構有之間敷事然共所ニゟ相応之趣
可有之候雨戸之儀ハ必可為板戸事
一棚等之儀浮物ニ而取候跡損不申分ハ構無之
仕付ニ而跡損申事ニ候ハヽ為取不申筈惣而浮物ハ
格別敷詰候石板或ハ踏段等兎角仕付ニ而地ニ付
置候物之分ハ堀起不申筈ニ候地ニ付置候物之
内唐臼ハ浮道具之内ニ候堀上ケ取候事構無之
候又ハ浮道具之内二階有之所ハ梯子残し
置申筈井戸有之所ハ釣瓶残置筈ニ候
但石燈籠又ハ地ニ伏置候石鉢之類ハ断を
請為取可申候筧溜之類ハ其儘可指置事
一植木草花庭石少も手付無之筈ニ候惣而屋
敷中新敷土之動候処ハ能々可致吟味事候

現代語訳
一、立て具類があるべき所は不足がないように相改めるべきである。総じて内外ともに敷居・鴨居のある所は立て具を立てて受け取るべきである。
ただし戸の儀については、襖でも障子でも板戸でも構わない。しかしながら場所に応じて相応の趣があるべきである。雨戸の儀については必ず板戸とすること。
一、棚等の儀について、浮き物にて取り外した跡が損じない分については構わない。仕付けにて跡が損じることになるならば取り外してはならない。総じて浮き物は格別として、敷き詰めた石板或いは踏み段等、とかく仕付けにて地に付け置いた物の分については掘り起こしてはならない。地に付け置いた物の内、唐臼は浮き道具の内である。掘り上げ取ることは構わない。また浮き道具の内、二階のある所は梯子を残し置くべきである。井戸のある所は釣瓶を残し置くべきである。
ただし石灯籠または地に伏せ置いた石鉢の類については断りを請けて取るべきである。筧・溜の類はそのまま指し置くこと。
一、植木・草花・庭石は少しも手を付けてはならない。総じて屋敷中で新しく土の動いた所はよくよく吟味致すべきことである。受け取り渡しが相済んだ後の相対については構わない。

One, regarding fixtures, places where fixtures should be present shall be inspected to ensure there are no deficiencies. In general, both inside and outside, where there are door sills and lintels, fixtures shall be installed and received.
However, regarding doors, whether they are sliding paper screens (fusuma), shoji screens, or wooden doors is acceptable. Nevertheless, there should be appropriate style according to the location. Regarding rain shutters, they must be wooden doors.
One, regarding shelves and such, if they are removable items that leave no damage when removed, there is no problem. If they are built-in fixtures that would cause damage when removed, they shall not be removed. Generally, removable items are a separate matter, but for laid stone slabs or step stones, and other items that are built-in fixtures attached to the ground, they shall not be dug up. Among items attached to the ground, Chinese mortars (karaisu) are considered movable equipment, so digging them up and removing them is acceptable. Also, among movable equipment, where there are second floors, ladders shall be left behind. Where there are wells, well buckets shall be left behind.
However, stone lanterns or stone basins laid flat on the ground may be removed with permission. Water pipes and reservoirs shall be left as they are.
One, planted trees, flowers, and garden stones shall not be touched at all. In general, anywhere within the mansion grounds where soil has been newly disturbed shall be thoroughly investigated. After the transfer and handover is completed, private arrangements are acceptable.
