一本屋長屋土蔵共ニ一与間々に有物委細書付
可為致張紙事右張紙之通帳面為致帳之
奥書右帳面之通相改差上申者也ト書付
名之下ニ印判為致可申候請取之方江直ニ改
相渡帳之奥ニ右帳面之通相改無相違慥ニ受
取申者也ト書付判形取可申候帳ハ屋敷奉行
方ニ取置可申候事
一御役屋敷入替之節者畳敷物其儘差置互ニ
入替可申候植木ハ前々ゟ有来候外自分ニ
植申分丈ゟ内之木ハ断有之候ハヽ可相渡候
其外法之通相改請取渡可仕事
一自分願ニ而相対之屋敷替ハ願之通相叶
申断を承届屋敷帳ニ名を付替申迄ニ而入
替之時分先規之通構申ニ不及候事
一新地ニ而屋敷被下節御茶園地与名付荒子
頭預之地ハ割渡申候砌屋敷奉行中組之者
召連罷出奉行代小算之者も罷出歩数相
改渡シ可申候但御定歩数之外ニ見分次第悪
現代語訳
一、本屋・長屋・土蔵共に、一つ一つの間にある物を詳細に書き付けて張り紙をすべきこと。右の張り紙の通りに帳面を作成し、帳の奥書に「右帳面の通り相改め差し上げ申すものなり」と書き付け、名前の下に印判を押すべきである。受け取る方へ直ちに改めて相渡し、帳の奥に「右帳面の通り相改め相違なく確かに受け取り申すものなり」と書き付けて判を押すべきである。帳は屋敷奉行方に取り置くべきこと。
一、御役屋敷の入れ替えの節は、畳・敷物をそのまま差し置き、互いに入れ替えるべきである。植木については前々から有り来たもの以外で、自分で植えた分だけから内の木については、申し出があればこれを相渡すべきである。その外は法の通り相改めて受け取り渡しをすべきこと。
一、自分の願いによる相対の屋敷替えについては、願いの通り叶える旨承り届け、屋敷帳に名を付け替えるまでのことで、入れ替えの時分に先規の通り構えることには及ばないこと。
一、新地にて屋敷を下される節、御茶園地と名付けられた荒子頭預かりの地については、割り渡す砌に屋敷奉行・中組の者を召し連れて罷り出で、奉行代・小算の者も罷り出でて歩数を相改めて渡すべきである。ただし御定めの歩数の外に、見分次第悪い

One, regarding main houses, row houses, and storehouses together, detailed inventories of items in each room shall be written and posted.
