水地三尺通割渡筈境之垣ハ一方宛支配有
之筈ニ候御高之内百姓地ニ而相渡候節者御代
官検地奉行江下代共召連罷出何も立合割渡

一跡目無之上り屋敷在之節家屋敷請取申儀

水地については三尺通りに割り渡すはずで、境の垣については一方ずつ支配があるはずである。御高の内の百姓地として相渡す節には、御代官・検地奉行へ下代共を召し連れて罷り出で、何れも立ち合って割り渡すべきである。
一、跡目がなく上がった屋敷がある節、家屋敷を受け取る儀については、常法の通り改めるべきこと。
一、御暇を下される明け屋については、目付中から断りがある次第、早速組の者を両人ずつ指し遣わし門前に付け置き、浮道具の外、敷物・竹木・庭石・建具類を出さないよう断り申し、浮道具を残らず取り払う節、受け取った組の者を指し遣わしてよくよく吟味をして、相違がなければ一つ一つの間に張り紙をし、もっとも植木・庭石等まで詳細に書き付けるべきである。
ただし草花の類については書き付けに及ばない。張り紙の通りに帳面に写し、帳の奥書に「右帳面の通り相改め相違なく確かに指し上げ申すものなり」と書き付け、本人・親類の内で判を押すべきである。その節申すに及ばず、屋敷奉行が罷り越して見分をすべきこと。その跡は御持筒足軽・番人を付け、もっとも番人も確かに預かり申すと書き付けて判を取り

Regarding waterlogged land, it shall be allocated in three-shaku intervals, and the boundary fences shall have jurisdiction on one side each. When transferring land as peasant holdings within the assessed domain, the deputy magistrate and land survey magistrate shall attend with their subordinates, and all shall witness the allocation and transfer.

One, regarding vacant houses of those granted leave of absence, upon notification from the inspectors, two group members each shall immediately be dispatched and stationed at the gate, instructing that除 movable goods, no floor coverings, bamboo and wood, garden stones, or architectural fittings shall be removed. When all movable goods are cleared away, the receiving group members shall be dispatched to conduct thorough inspection, and if there are no discrepancies, posting shall be made in each room, and detailed inventories shall be made especially of plants, garden stones, and such.
However, flowers and similar plants need not be included in the inventory. The postings shall be copied into account books, and in the colophon it shall be written "This has been inspected according to the aforementioned account book and submitted without discrepancy," with seals affixed by the person concerned and relatives. At that time, without need for application, the estate magistrate shall visit for inspection. Afterward, armed foot soldiers and guards shall be assigned, and the guards shall also provide written confirmation with seals that they have reliably taken custody.
