可申候其後奉行中江相達御作事方ゟ

することである。その後、奉行中へ相達し、御作事方から町大工一人を受け取って、両組から立ち合わせて絵図を作成し、月番の御家老中まで指し出すべきである。その節、屋敷願いの順帳も写しを一緒に指し出すべきことである。
一、与力屋敷の入れ替えについては、構うに及ばず、頭から断りを請けて屋敷帳に名を付け替え置くべきことである。
一、役人屋敷の入れ替えについては、奉行中から断りがある次第、組の者共を指し遣わして相改め、明け屋の番人は御長柄の者が相勤めるべきことである。
一、御徒屋敷については、頭中から断りがある次第、組の者共を指し遣わし、御徒小頭と一緒に立ち合って、立具・敷物等に不足がないか改め、もっとも帳・張り紙・支配の儀については御徒小頭が取り扱い、明け屋に拝領人があるまでは番人を御長柄の者が相勤めるべきである。
ただし役人屋敷については番人を奉行中から支配し、御徒屋敷については御徒頭から申し付けるべきである。役人・御徒・御鷹匠・御料理人屋敷については絵図に及ばないことである。
