現代語訳
人は御長柄の者が相勤めるべきことである。
一、町屋敷を下された者があっても、改めの儀については屋敷奉行方からは構うに及ばないことである。
右の条々は向後相守るべきものである。
享保三戊戌年七月
一、八月朔日、御祝儀のため御使者をもって例の通り御太刀馬代を献上された。
一、八月二日、御参府のため御案内として御老中が御廻勤し、それから常盤橋御屋敷へ御着になった。
一、八月三日（六時前）、御用番戸田山城守忠真殿へ御出になり御逢いになった。
一、同日、御参府につき上使御老中久世大和守重之殿が御越しになり、上意の趣を御達しがあった（上使の御取扱いは例の通り）。右の御礼のため御老中へ御廻勤された。
一、八月六日、常盤橋御屋敷の御普請が御成就したことにつき、御祝儀のため掛り役人をはじめ末々まで下し物があった。
一、八月九日（六半時）、御登城して御参勤の御礼を仰せ上げ、例の通り御太刀銀を御献上し終えて、召し連れられた御家来芦田右衛門賢詮の御目見を仰せ付けられた。右の御礼のため御老中へ御廻勤された。
一、八月十五日、御用番戸田山城守忠真殿において左の通り御書付

One, even if there are those who have been granted town estates, the estate magistrates need not concern themselves with matters of inspection.
The above articles shall be observed henceforth.
Kyōhō 3, Year of the Dog, 7th month
One, on the 1st day of the 8th month, as felicitations, ceremonial swords and horse substitutes were presented through messengers as usual.
One, on the 2nd day of the 8th month, for the purpose of visiting Edo, senior retainers made courtesy calls as notification, and thereafter arrived at the Tokiwa Bridge residence.
One, on the 3rd day of the 8th month (before the 6th hour), he went out to meet with the duty magistrate Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa.
One, on the same day, regarding the visit to Edo, the envoy Senior Retainer Kuze Yamato-no-kami Shigeyuki came, and the shogun's intentions were conveyed (the envoy's reception was as usual). As thanks for this, courtesy calls were made to the senior retainers.
One, on the 6th day of the 8th month, upon completion of construction at the Tokiwa Bridge residence, gifts were given as congratulations from the responsible officials down to all subordinates.
One, on the 9th day of the 8th month (6:30), he went to the castle and expressed thanks for the audience regarding his attendance duty, presented ceremonial swords and silver as usual, and the retainer he brought along, Ashida Uemon Kenshin, was granted an audience. As thanks for this, courtesy calls were made to the senior retainers.
