領分で出火の節、百軒以下の焼失であれば御届けは及ばない。
ただし城内又は関所の場合は格別である。
一、八月十八日、御参府につき御土産として例の通り色奉書紙十束を献上された。
一、八月二十一日、釈菜につき（六半時）聖堂へ御出になり（御長袴着用）、御太刀金馬代の御献備があった。
ただし釈典の節は御使者のところ、林大学頭殿への御約束により御出になった。
一、八月二十五日、御用番戸田山城守忠真殿から御呼出があり、御留守居が罷り出たところ、かねて仰せ入れ置かれていた将軍宣下御祝儀について、御老中の御招請の儀、来月十三日に皆々御越しになるべき旨の御書付を渡された。
一、同日、右同断につき御礼のため御用番戸田山城守忠真殿へ御勤め、残りの御老中へは御使者として御家老芦田右衛門賢詮を指し出し、若年寄中へは御使者として御奏者番林八右衛門正容を指し出した。

However, if it occurs within the castle or at barrier stations, it is a special case.
One, on the 18th day of the 8th month, regarding the visit to Edo, ten bundles of colored ceremonial paper were presented as local gifts, as usual.
One, on the 21st day of the 8th month, for the Sekisai ceremony (at 6:30), he went out to the Sacred Hall (wearing formal long hakama), and presented ceremonial swords, gold, and horse substitutes as offerings.
However, for ceremonial texts, instead of sending a messenger, he went out himself due to an arrangement with Hayashi Daigaku-no-kami.
One, on the 25th day of the 8th month, there was a summons from duty magistrate Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa, and when the caretaker went out, he was given a written document stating that regarding the celebratory ceremony for the shogun's appointment that had been mentioned beforehand, concerning the senior retainers' invitation, everyone should come on the 13th of next month.
One, on the same day, as thanks for the above matter, he served duty magistrate Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa, sent senior retainer Ashida Uemon Kenshin as messenger to the remaining senior retainers, and sent protocol officer Hayashi Hachiuemon Masayoshi as messenger to the junior retainers.
