一、九月十一日 御用番戸田山城守忠真殿から呼び出しがあり、御留守居大関新五左衛門直看が出向いたところ、来る十三日の将軍宣下御招請の儀は延期になる旨の御書付を渡された
【頭注】宣下の下に御祝儀の三字が脱落しているのではないだろうか
一、九月十二日 水戸中納言様御逝去につき、御機嫌伺いのため総出仕により登城した
一、九月十八日 御老中井上河内守正岑殿から呼び出しがあり、御留守居大関新五左衛門直看が出向いたところ、将軍宣下御祝儀御招請の儀について、来る二十六日に皆出席するよう御書付を渡された
一、九月二十六日 将軍宣下の御祝儀として御老中の御招請による御饗応が仰せ付けられ、退出後御礼のため御老中へ参上し勤めを果たした
一、九月二十九日 右同様により、御一門様方并びに御出入の御旗本中への御招請があった
一、十月六日 近江守直之様が卒去された
一、十月七日 御老中水野和泉守忠之殿から渡された御書付は左の通りである

1. September 12th: Due to the death of Mito Chūnagon, all attended court for a courtesy visit to inquire about His Lordship's well-being.
1. September 18th: There was a summons from Senior Councilor Inoue Kawachi-no-kami Masamine. When caretaker Ōzeki Shingozaemon Naomi attended, he was given a written notice that everyone should attend the shogunal investiture celebration invitation on the 26th.
1. September 26th: A banquet was ordered by the Senior Councilors as a celebration of the shogunal investiture. After withdrawal, courtesy visits were made to the Senior Councilors as thanks.
1. September 29th: Similarly, there were invitations to the lord's family members and affiliated hatamoto retainers.
1. October 6th: Ōmi-no-kami Naoyuki passed away.
1. October 7th: The written notice given by Senior Councilor Mizuno Izumi-no-kami Tadayuki was as follows:
