文昭院様七回忌の御法事につき、御機嫌伺いのため、御用番戸田山城守忠真殿へ参上し勤めを果たした

長囲炉裏の間において御通りがかりの御目見えを仰せ付けられ、扇子箱一箱ずつ（五本入り）を献上し終えて、御料理・御吸物・御酒を下賜されて帰った

For the seventh anniversary memorial service of Bunshō-in, a courtesy visit was made to Goyōban Toda Yamashiro-no-kami Tadamasa to inquire about His Lordship's well-being.

As the Shōgun was making a pilgrimage to Zōjō-ji temple, preliminary attendance duties were performed (notification given on the 8th of last month).

Ten silver pieces were presented as incense money to the main hall of Zōjō-ji temple (written notice given on the 10th of last month).
1. October 18th: Regarding former retainers of Yūki who had been requesting an audience through Kōken-ji temple in that locality for several years,
Isaoka Jirōemon and Hayami Jirōzaemon were granted a casual audience in the long sunken hearth room, presented one fan box each (containing five fans), and after completing the presentation, were given food, soup, and sake before departing.
