御願書被指出之
本所竪川通弐万弐千五百坪之下屋敷拝領
地為御用先頃被 召上候其節屋敷数有之
付而代地ハ不被下候旨御書付を以被 仰出奉
得其意罷在候就夫本所砂村新田之内
古来ゟ無年貢地ニ而弐万坪之抱地御座候
水地ニ而囲家作ハ前々ゟ不罷成所ニ而御座候
就中先年地震以後海続ニ罷成只今ハ境
目可仕様も無御座候右之通ニ御座候得者御
用ニ立申地ニも無御座候得共御鷹場近所之
儀ニも御座候間右抱地差上申度奉存候私儀
居屋敷之外霊厳嶋ニ拝領屋敷一ケ所御座候
母并家来差置申候此外ニハ抱屋敷も所持
不仕候依之何方ニ而成共相応之屋敷地今

一、閏十月十三日 御屋敷を拝領したいことについて、御用番久世大和守重之殿へ使者として御留守居大関新五左衛門直看を通じて左の通り御願書を提出した
本所竪川通二万二千五百坪の下屋敷拝領地が御用のため先頃召し上げられた。その際屋敷数があったため、代地は下されない旨を御書付をもって仰せ出され、その意を得て承知している。それについて、本所砂村新田の内で古来より無年貢地であり二万坪の抱地がある。水地であり囲い家作は前々より成らない所である。
とりわけ先年の地震以後海続きとなり、今では境目を定めようもない。右の通りであれば御用に立つ地でもないが、御鷹場近所のことでもあるので、右抱地を差し上げたいと存じる。私は居屋敷の外に霊巌島に拝領屋敷一箇所があり、母並びに家来を配置している。この外には抱屋敷も所持していない。よって何方でも相応の屋敷地をもう一箇所下し置かれるよう願う。差し支えなくお思し召しであるならば、然るべく御内談成されて下されるよう願う。以上

1. Intercalary October 13th: Regarding the desire to receive a grant of a residence, a petition was submitted through messenger Goryūsui Ōseki Shingozaemon Naotaka to Goyōban Kuze Yamato-no-kami Shigeyuki as follows:
The granted lower residence of 22,500 tsubo at Honjo Tatekawa-dōri was recently requisitioned for official use. At that time, since there were multiple residences, it was declared through written notice that no replacement land would be granted, and I have understood and accepted this. Regarding this matter, within the Honjo Sunamura Shinden area, there is 20,000 tsubo of held land that has been tax-free since ancient times. It is waterlogged land where enclosed construction has been impossible since long ago.
Particularly after the earthquake of previous years, it became connected to the sea, and now there is no way to establish boundaries. Given these circumstances, though it is not land that would be useful for official purposes, since it is near the hawking grounds, I wish to offer up this held land. I have, besides my main residence, one granted residence at Reiganjima where I have stationed my mother and retainers. Other than this, I possess no other held residences. Therefore, I petition that another appropriate residential plot be granted somewhere. If this meets with your approval, I humbly request that appropriate internal consultations be made and granted.
