金銀ニ而も員数差別なく可相納事
一元禄九子年より以来請負ニ而直段相極候
類此以後も右員数を可用分ハ当時之直段
積りを以極直可申事
一年貢并小物成諸運上諸色ともに元禄九子
年ゟ当戌閏十月迄其時々之直段積りを以
相極候品々納残り又ハ諸色代物払残之
類ハ乾字金百両之所ハ新金五拾両通用銀
拾貫目之所ハ新銀弐貫五百目可遣之事
一献上并被下金銀古来よりの格式有之付新
金銀にても差別無之世上祝儀取かハし或ハ
礼物等遣候儀可准之事
一借金銀ハ元禄九子年以前借用之返済残りハ
新金銀にても其員数可返之子年以来之借
用ハ金百両之所江新金五拾両銀拾貫目之
所ハ新銀弐貫五百目可相返事
一給金銀ハ元禄九子年前後共ニ差別なく新
金銀にても只今迄之員数たるへし然とも
現代語訳
金銀でも員数に差別なく納めるべきこと
一、元禄九子年より以来、請負で直段（価格）を決めた
類について、この後もその員数を用いる分は、当時の直段
積もりをもって極直を申すべきこと
一、年貢並びに小物成諸運上諸色ともに、元禄九子
年より当戌閏十月まで、その時々の直段積もりをもって
決めた品々で納め残りまたは諸色代物払い残りの
類は、旧字金百両のところは新金五十両、通用銀
十貫目のところは新銀二貫五百目を遣わすべきこと
一、献上並びに下賜金銀は古来よりの格式があるため、新
金銀でも差別なし。世上の祝儀のやり取りあるいは
礼物等を遣わす儀も准ずべきこと
一、借金銀は、元禄九子年以前の借用の返済残りは
新金銀でもその員数を返すべし。子年以来の借
用は、金百両のところへ新金五十両、銀十貫目の
ところは新銀二貫五百目を返すべきこと
一、給金銀は元禄九子年前後ともに差別なく、新
金銀でも今まで通りの員数とすべし。しかしながら

1. Regarding items for which prices have been determined through contracts since the 9th year of Genroku (year of the Rat): for items that will continue to use those amounts in the future, fixed prices shall be declared based on current price calculations
1. For annual tax rice, small taxes, various transportation fees, and all commodities: for items whose prices were determined based on prevailing price calculations from the 9th year of Genroku (year of the Rat) until the intercalary 10th month of this year of the Dog, regarding unpaid balances or remaining payments for commodity purchases, where old gold was 100 ryō, 50 ryō of new gold shall be given; where circulating silver was 10 kan-me, 2 kan and 500 me of new silver shall be given
1. Regarding tribute offerings and bestowed gold and silver: since there are ancient precedents, there shall be no discrimination even with new gold and silver. The same shall apply to worldly ceremonial exchanges or gift-giving
1. Regarding borrowed gold and silver: for remaining repayments of loans borrowed before the 9th year of Genroku (year of the Rat), the same amounts shall be repaid even with new gold and silver. For loans from the year of the Rat onward: where 100 ryō of gold was borrowed, 50 ryō of new gold shall be repaid; where 10 kan-me of silver was borrowed, 2 kan and 500 me of new silver shall be repaid
