右の薬を新（あたら）しき茶碗（ちやわん）に入。
よく〳〵摺（すり）。白蜜（はくみつ）にてねり。新
しき筆（ふで）を以て。小児（しやうに）にぬる
なり。塗所（ぬりところ）左のことし
両の眉（まゆ）の間《割書：鼻筋（はなすし）の｜うへなり》鳩尾（きうび）《割書：みぞおち也》
両の手の中 両足の裏（うら）《割書：土ふまず｜なり》
以上の所々へ何も銭の大￣サニ ぬりまじなふ

流川（なかれかわ）へながし捨（すて）べし。くすりは
一ざいにて二人（ふたり）をまじなふ
べからす。一人にて二人をまじ
なふ事なかれ。若一ッ家（いへ）に子共
多（おゝく）あらば薬（くすり）も銘々（めい〳〵）に拵（こしら）へ。まじ
なふ人も別（べつ）にすべし。一人をまじ
なひ又 他（た）の小児（せうに）をまじなふ
事 賢（かた）く慎（つゝし）むへし。勿論（もちろん）前（まへ）

【右丁】
右の薬を新しい茶碗に入れ、よくよく摺り、白蜜で練り、新しい筆を使って小児に塗るのである。塗る場所は左の通りである。
両眉の間《割書：鼻筋の上なり》鳩尾《割書：みぞおちなり》
両手の中 両足の裏《割書：土踏まずなり》
以上の場所々々へ、いずれも銭の大きさに塗ってまじないを行うと、そのまま薬を紙でぬぐい去るべし。
間もなくすれば、その場所が少し腫れることがある。
毎年五月五日の午の刻、右の薬を早朝より作り置いて、一人で一小児をまじなうのである。薬の余り

は、右の陶器と筆と共に流れ川へ流し捨てるべし。薬は一剤で二人をまじなってはならない。一人で二人をまじなうことをしてはならない。もし一つの家に子供が多くあるならば、薬も銘々に作り、まじなう人も別にするべし。一人をまじない、また他の小児をまじなうことを堅く慎むべし。もちろん前日よりまじないを行おうと望する人は、清浄に斎戒して、不浄な

Put the above medicine in a new tea bowl, grind it thoroughly, mix it with white honey, and apply it to the child using a new brush. The places to apply are as follows:

Every year on the fifth day of the fifth month at the hour of the horse, prepare the above medicine from early morning and have one person perform the charm on one child. The remaining medicine

should be discarded by throwing it into a flowing river together with the ceramic bowl and brush. One dose of medicine must not be used to charm two people. One person must not charm two people. If there are many children in one household, the medicine should also be prepared individually for each, and the person performing the charm should also be different. One must strictly refrain from charming one person and then charming another child.
